What is your primary product or service?
Our primary service is cash flow management and accounts receivable consulting. We also provide traditional collection services.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My background is in sales and education. I left teaching in order to get back into the sales field. NCSPlus contacted me and after researching the company I became interested in wanting to join their business-to-business sales force.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
For a low fixed fee of typically less than 10% per account, we will collect any account on a company's books regardless of age, size, or debtor's location anywhere in the U.S. Our recovery ratio is three times the industry average and we guarantee our results.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
NCSPlus headquarters are in New York City. We are a nationwide company and we are licensed and bonded in every state where required. We are currently expanding the sales force in California. Collection activities are done out of the New York City office.
